Coming to Alias Coffee Roasters on Saturday, November 18th will be one of the most anticipated live jazz performances in upstate NY for 2023.

It isn't often an icon the likes of Thad Jones comes along and shakes up the scene with an intense, creative, engaging, hard swingin' and adventurous approach quite like how he did. To call what he's left behind a legacy doesn't begin to cover the vast amount of compositions, live performances and former members of his group still preaching his message today. Jones is a once in a generation performer and composer who has engraved his name deeply into the fabric of jazz history. His passing on August 21st, 1986 left a void on the NYC jazz scene. But, on Saturday, November 18th all who attend will bear witness to a duo of horn legends that still today carry on Jones' mission.

-  The set times for this performance will be 7:30pm and 9pm. There will be some light food offerings provided compliments of the organizers.
